For nearly 20 years, Heidi has worked with high performers who often look like they are coping but are quietly running on empty. Her work blends neuroscience, behavioural psychology and practical reset tools that work in real life – even in high-pressure environments.
After travelling to more than 75 countries in search of adventure, a snowboard crash in Japan on Christmas Eve forced Heidi to stop and rethink everything she knew about stress, recovery and performance. That experience became part of the foundation for The One-Minute Reset™, now used by individuals and teams to interrupt stress quickly and reset focus in 60 seconds or less.
