Heidi shares her School Presentations with primary to secondary students and their families. Drawing on her experience as a mum of two, and over 17 years of teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditation and mindset to kids to create their inner calm. She teaches practical one hour interactive sessions that highlight must-have messages shared in Heidi’s book MindFlip – Emotional Toolbox and Positive Mindset for Kids and Teens.
Heidi is passionate about running parent and children workshops, and is believes in the importance of giving emotional life-skills to our young people so they can learn to take charge of their own wellbeing and feel better equipped to look ahead with more resilience, optimism and confidence.

Year 7 to 10 students and their parents
The need is real and the time is now. Teenagers are doing their very best to understand their rapidly changing brain, manage their mindset, regulate their energy levels and take care of their emotions, all while trying to achieve their academic personal best and find their precious friendship fit, in what can seem like a never ending journey.
Learning actionable tools to overcome stress of assessments, exams and homework.
Install tools of positive self-talk to cope with the rollercoaster of being a teen in today’s challenging world, and rise up with resilience and confidence.
