Self-Generating Daily Happiness

As a happiness and mindfulness speaker, mindset specialist, and meditation coach, sharing how to self-generate happiness is something that everyone can benefit from, whether you are 5 years old to 85 years old. It is free to do, simple to implement, and can change your life.

Understand that there are tools and strategies so that when life throws things at you that you can't control (and yes it will!) they will know that they have ways to self-generate happiness from as little as one minute.
Survey after survey, research after research shows that the number one thing people want is to be happy. Happiness comes from what is happening around us and is even harder to maintain. We search for it outside of ourselves. We have a false belief fame, fortune, partners, career, success, holidays, perfect bodies, and houses will make us happy. If happiness is always outside of us, we are searching for that moving target that never stands still.
Global happiness research is frightening. Statistics show that 4 in 10 adults worldwide experience a lot of worry and stress (which is increasing)daily. More than 1 in 4 experience sadness and anger. These are not signs of happy people in a happy world.
The excellent news is that inner happiness and joy is a choice we can choose every day. We can wake up each day and smile. Research has shown we can rewire our brains to make ourselves happy. We can do this by starting with one magical minute a day.
Here are my top three tips for Daily Happiness
Number 1 – Add gratitude. Gratitude is more than saying thank you to someone.
Number 2 – Add in mindfulness
