Welcome to this week's One-Minute Reset

Let’s be real for a second. Most of us want to move more… But between back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and that third coffee (no judgment)—finding time for fitness feels impossible.

Here’s the good news: You don’t need an hour at the gym to feel better. In fact, you don’t even need ten minutes. Sometimes, ONE MINUTE is all it takes.

Here’s my take 👀

✅ Short bursts of movement can completely shift your energy, boost your mood, and sharpen your focus. ✅ It’s like hitting a reset button for your body and your brain. ✅ And you can do it anywhere. Office. Home. Even next to the kettle while your tea brews.

How to get started (no gym required):

➡️ Step 1: Pick one simple move.

  • Jumping jacks

  • Push-ups (against a wall works!)

  • Bodyweight squats

  • Jog in place

➡️ Step 2: Set your timer for 60 seconds.

  • Yup, just one minute.

  • Move with purpose. Pay attention to your breath and how your body feels.

➡️ Step 3: Bask in that post-move energy.

  • Feel your blood pumping?

  • Mind clearer?

  • That’s your one-minute magic working.

Why bother?

💡 It wakes up your body without needing caffeine (or guilt). 💡 It boosts your mood—hello, feel-good endorphins! 💡 You’ll be more focused when you get back to work.

Bonus tip:

Try doing a One-Minute Workout every time you:

  • Finish a Zoom call

  • Hit send on an important email

  • Start feeling that mid-afternoon slump

You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel (and it’s way easier than dragging yourself to the gym after work).

So… ready to ditch the gym (at least today)? Grab a minute. Move. Feel amazing. Your future self will high-five you for it. 🙌
