 Second, set clear intentions. Take a few minutes to outline your goals for the day and visualise yourself achieving them. This can help you stay focused and motivated throughout the day. I like to use the words – Today I commit to…..and finish that sentence.

Finally, connect with your team. Whether it's a quick check-in meeting or a friendly chat with a coworker, fostering positive relationships can boost morale and create a supportive work environment.
